The state budget impasse is dragging on. That means school districts aren\'t getting the state share of the operating budgets. Some districts get as little as 13 percent of their operating budgets from the state, but others get as much as 90 percent! Some districts are borrowing money to get by while others are cutting programs. What\'s your district doing? How is the budget impasse affecting students and teachers?
